1. PP membrane: made by hot melt bonding of polypropylene ultrafine fibers, it is a type of membrane material belonging to deep filtration, with the following characteristics: using food grade isotactic polypropylene as raw material, without any additives throughout the production process; Stable physical and chemical properties with good compatibility; It has a series of pore sizes, high porosity, large contaminant capacity, and can be backwashed and disinfected at high temperatures; Good pressure resistance.
2. PTFE membrane: A microporous membrane produced by special processes such as pre mixing, extrusion, rolling, and biaxial stretching using polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin. It is divided into clothing membrane, pu micro waterproof membrane, filtration membrane, and purification membrane.
3. PES membrane: made by hot melt bonding of polyethersulfone ultrafine fibers, it is a type of membrane material for deep filtration, with stable physical and chemical properties and good compatibility; It has a series of pore sizes, high porosity, large contaminant capacity, and can be backwashed and disinfected at high temperatures; Good pressure resistance.
4. Nylon membrane: a thin film filter material synthesized from cellulose esters, widely used by relevant units and of standard quality. Its product has a smooth surface, light and thin texture, high porosity, and uniform microporous structure, therefore it has the characteristics of fast flow rate and difficult adsorption. Nylon N6/N66 membrane is a microporous filter membrane with support, high strength, precision, and good hydrophilicity produced by the mutual conversion process of nylon N6/N66 solution.
5. PVDF membrane: PVDF solution is manufactured through production process on the support layer, with a wide range of pH resistance, and is a microporous filter membrane for good gas and organic liquid filtration.
So, the installation method for microporous foldable filter elements is actually relatively simple:
1. Wet the O-ring and slowly insert the filter element straight into the stainless steel circular groove, making sure to insert it as much as possible. 2. Press the fins of the filter element with stainless steel orifice plates, and the pins do not need to be too tight to prevent deformation of the filter element during high-temperature disinfection.
3. Prevent direct hand contact with the filter element.
4. Clean the filter element as much as possible during use.
5. When starting or shutting down, please slowly rotate the gate valve and do not open or close it all at once to prevent the filter from being sucked out during high-temperature disinfection.
